Many companies have reliable but "silent" machines. With small interventions they can start telling how they work, how much they consume and when they are about to fail.

Retrofitting existing machines

You do not need to replace the line to connect it. We add current, vibration, temperature and part-count sensors, or read the data already available in the PLCs, without changing the machine's control logic.

Industrial protocols

• Modbus RTU and TCP for widespread instruments and equipment.
• OPC UA for structured, secure communication with PLCs and supervisory systems.
• MQTT to bring data to analytics platforms and dashboards.

An edge gateway collects, normalises and temporarily stores the data, so that no measurement is lost if the company network goes down.

Predictive maintenance

By analysing vibrations, current draw and temperatures over time, AI models learn the normal behaviour of each machine and flag deviations before they turn into production stops. The result is a maintenance plan based on real conditions, not just on the calendar.

Integration with business systems

Data becomes value when it reaches the right people: production dashboards, efficiency indicators such as OEE, smartphone alerts and integration with MES and ERP to connect production, warehouse and maintenance.

Industrial network security

We separate the factory network from the office network, restrict communication to what is strictly necessary and follow the principles of the IEC 62443 standard. Connecting a machine must never mean exposing it.
